  • We allow for 2-10 copies. We don’t do 1 copy, as it’s wise to keep a spare (incase your one and only copy gets damaged!). We offer up to 10 as lots of people enjoy having extra copies for safekeeping or to give as gifts - to parents, other family members and friends.

    If you do happen to want more than 10 copies, please get in touch with us.

    And don’t forget, you can come back to us any time in the future for a reprint. The great news is, it will cost less with there being no design time! Please get in touch with us via email hello@bluemooneditions.co.uk.

  • Our bespoke wedding magazines are checked and carefully packaged before being shipped via DHL. Delivery times will vary. Please allow a minimum of four weeks from giving your approval to receiving your magazine. If you have added a special finish such as metallic foil, please allow for an additional 1-2 weeks.

  • Unfortunately we don’t. Your wedding magazine is designed completely bespoke and made to order. You will be heavily involved in the entire process, and we will only print something once we have your approval. Once you have given that, the product is yours and cannot be returned.

  • We would advise to be careful when flicking through your magazines - keep coffee and drinks at bay! This is also why we have a minimum order of 2, it’s very important to keep a spare. If something happens to your magazine after it has been delivered that is unfortunately your responsibility, so please be mindful!

    If you would like to order more copies, please get in touch for a re-print.

  • We allow for one round of revisions. This includes things like correcting any spelling/typos, moving around a couple of images or swapping one out.

    If you need to make any major design changes (for example because you supplied the wrong images or put them in the incorrect order) this will be charged on an hourly basis of £50 per hour.

  • Delivery costs vary depending on the number of magazines you have ordered. Postage is calculated based on the weight - a 200 page magazine is very heavy, around 1kg per copy! Please bare this in mind when ordering.

  • At the moment, we are only shipping to the UK. However this is something we are hoping to change in the future. We will announce when we are able to fulfil international orders, so keep an eye on our social media pages.

  • Foiling is a special print finish in which heat, pressure, and a metallic foil are used to create an eye-catching metallic effect on certain areas. Foil is an additional extra and we recommend only using it for the title of your magazine (i.e, your names). Foil is only available for the cover page.

  • In the UK, image usage rights fall under copyright law.

    Under copyright law, the owner of a photographic image has the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute and display the image. This means that without permission from the owner, you can not use a photograph for any purpose including commercial and personal use.

    While most photographer's will have no problem with you using your wedding photos however you like after they are handed over to you, especially in a personal photo album, we just want to make sure.

    We would also love to be able to use your beautiful wedding magazine as promotional material for Blue Moon Editions. Our permission form just makes sure everyone is happy with this.
