Congratulations, you have purchased a Blue Moon Editions Wedding Magazine! Before we can begin designing your Edition, we need all of the details from you. Please fill in the below form at your earliest convenience - the design of your magazine will not begin until we have all this information.

Cover title

Suggestions for wedding couples include: Your first names (e.g 'Jenny & Mark'), 'Mr & Mrs' followed by your surname (e.g 'Mr & Mrs Smith'), or something like 'Happily Ever After'. For suppliers, this could be your business name.

Spine

What wording would you like along the spine of your magazine (the thin part of the magazine you see if you stand it upright on a bookshelf). We suggest something similar to your cover title.

Cover image

If you have an image in mind for your cover, please type the file name below (e.g IMG_146.jpg). Otherwise, we can pick a couple of options for you

Introduction text

This will be on the first page of your magazine and the first thing people will read. Leave blank if you don't want anything here.

Special wording

When you send us your images, please also send a word document with any important text you'd like to include in your magazine. We allow for FIVE text-based pages in your magazine. Examples for couples include: a short paragraph of how you met, your order of the day, wedding vows, ceremony readings, a speech, special song lyrics, notes from your guest book or wedding cards, special mentions of absent friends and family etc. Examples for suppliers could include: some info about you/your business, your style, how you like to work, case studies, testimonials and more. Please let us know if you are happy for your words to be interspersed throughout the magazine, or if you want them in a specific place (e.g next to a certain image). If so, make sure your FIVE pieces of text are clearly labelled and in the correct order on your word document, as this is how it will appear in your magazine.

Conclusion text

This will be on the inside back cover and is the last thing people will read. Leave blank if you don't want anything here. Or if there's a specific image you would like to end with, please put the file name e.g 'IMG_159'

If you have purchased "Add on: Metallic foil", please specify what colour foiling you would like for your magazine cover
